Focused on celebrating local gin & fare at it’s finest, enjoy a unique twist as the evening brings to life ‘Three ingredients that changed the world’ – Juniper, Oak & Nutmeg. Each ingredient will feature in a showcase of 3 expertly paired courses, including 3 exclusive Anther Gin cocktails and indulgent Black Sheep Modern European plates.
As the night unfolds, the Anther team will share their insight into the world of distilling, a brief history of these treasured ingredients & how each infuse with the flavours and botanicals to create their Geelong-born, globally celebrated spirits.
