We’re welcoming sunny days and fun filled nights ahead at Edge Geelong with a brand new all-day dining menu inspired by Summer on the Geelong Waterfront. As always, Edge is bringing fresh, flavour-filled new dishes to the forefront, while putting a spin on iconic favourites and providing plenty of delicious, dietary-friendly options too.
All day dining on the Geelong Waterfront starts with breakfast. Kick your day off with a sweet treat like Waffles topped with fresh strawberries, chocolate Nutella sauce & vanilla ice cream. Or perhaps a delicious savoury option like the vegan Corn Fritters, served with roquette, tomato salsa & beetroot puree. Like to keep it simple? You can always enjoy local free range eggs on toasted sourdough – cooked just the way you like, with a Supreme Coffee or freshly squeezed OJ.
Later in the day our Share Plates are the perfect accompaniment to long lunches on the deck & a glass of local wine, all the way through to weekend catch up dinners over cocktails. The Sesame Soy Tuna with water chestnut, spicy chilli & kewpie mayonnaise is sure to be a hit, alongside a crowd favourite trio of Mushroom Arancini, chilled Lime & Chilli Prawns, and Seasoned Popcorn Chicken with fiery jalapeno aioli.
Healthy options are aplenty throughout our all day dining menu too – perfect for when you are after something light and fresh. Try one of the great gluten free, vegan & vegetarian dishes on offer, like our Spicy Mexican Salad with burrito beans, black rice & spinach topped with grilled corn & tomato salsa, guacamole + corn chips.
If you are considering a more substantial main course, a fragrant lemon myrtle & garlic infused Calamari Linguine, classic Angus Beef Burger or Crispy Skinned Salmon with balsamic glazed beetroot, sweet potato, Persian fig, & roquette salad might be what you’re craving.
Save room for a dessert too. For something different, try the tropical Coconut & Pandan cup. Otherwise, you cant go wrong with a decadent classic like the Chocolate Brownie, right? And we haven’t even touched on the fabulous Edge Summer cocktails to go with it all yet…
