Our Chef team have infused their Black Sheep magic into a fresh line up of dishes, inspired by the vibrant flavours of the season, modern European styles and exceptional local ingredients. Expect fun and indulgent dishes to share!

Settle in with a Black Sheep Chamber of Gin G&T, then begin your feast with Baked Halloumi topped with raisins, pine nuts, gin & honey…or perhaps try our Burrata Bruschetta with mixed tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze and crusty sourdough..
From here, try a little of everything and order up a few smaller plates to share. For seafood lovers, our Gin Cured Salmon with cucumber, lime, mint & crusty sourdough and the Black Pepper Calamari finished with citrus aioli & roquette will provide a light, refreshing starter. We also can’t go past the Sweet Potato Croquettes paired with a seeded mustard aioli..
We hope you’re still hungry – because the main course might be our favourite part. With a variety of larger plates to suit all tastes, including plenty of options for our gluten free & vegetarian friends….you’ll be spoiled for choice.
Of course, we’ve kept our signature 12hr Slow Cooked Pork Hock on repeat. But alongside tried and tested favourites, are new creations ready for you to dig in…
After a light option on a warmer day? Give the Northern Territory Barramundi fillet or Lemon Risotto with prawns, garlic and green peas topped with parmesan a try.
If you’re looking for a vegetarian indulgence, the Linguini with zucchini, cherry tomatoes within a delicious pesto packs a vibrant, flavourful punch.
We also highly recommend sharing either our Smoked Paprika Chicken with creamy roasted red pepper sauce or even our 220g Eye Fillet drizzled in pink peppercorn jus is sure to impress.
Remember to always leave room for dessert too!
Perhaps finish up with a trio of petite Lemon, Raspberry & Chocolate Gin tarts, or opt for a silky Coconut Panna Cotta topped with kiwi fruit, passion fruit coulis & ginger crumb to conclude your Black Sheep experience.
