Begin with a welcome gin cocktail before settling in for a 3 course Black Sheep feast, designed to complement the local gin and fragrance ahead.
Each course is paired with a Great Ocean Road Gin and a bespoke Aysha Hansen fragrance, carefully matched to reflect and elevate the botanicals in your glass and on your plate.
As you dine, you’ll be invited to pour your own G&T using premium tonics and coastal garnishes, creating a personalised expression of each pairing.
Throughout the evening, Ann and Aysha will share the inspiration behind their creations, from wild coastal botanicals to the artistry of scent, offering a rare glimpse into how flavour and fragrance intertwine.
