We’re lining up fresh new cocktails for our gin lovers, showcasing the versatile flavours and styles of our favourite spirit. Just like the Tropical Spritz – a delightful blend of citrus gin, melon liqueur, passionfruit pulp, lime, and a splash of soda and lemonade. Perfect for a hot summer afternoon!
Gin and citrus lovers will swoon over the Citrus Sunshine. This bright and zesty cocktail combines Gin, Aperol, Cointreau, and lime with a touch of sugar and foam for a light and effervescent drink that’s practically made for sipping on those warmer nights.
Our gin lineup wouldn’t be complete without the Sloe Fizz, a new twist on a classic. Featuring Patient Wolf Blackthorn Gin, pomegranate liqueur, apricot brandy, lime, and soda, this cocktail is bursting with fruity flavours and a crisp finish.
Another favourite of ours practically made for Summer is our Peach Iced Tea with a southern-inspired twist. Smooth bourbon is mixed with peach puree, black tea, and lemon for a sweet, fruity, and subtly spiced sip that’s hard to resist.
