THURSDAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY EVE | 2nd April
We’re kicking things off with $12 Pints, $12 Aperol Spritz & $10 House Wines for your Public Holiday Eve so you can enjoy your night by the Waterfront with a cold drink in hand. With a huge selection of tap beer, cider, hard lemonade and local wines to be perfectly paired with antipasto & sharing plates, there’s no better way to start your Long Weekend!
GOOD FRIDAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY | 3rd April
If you’re on the hunt for a delicious lunch or dinner by the bay, we’ve got you covered! We’ll be open from 11am on Good Friday, ready to pour your fave drinks and serve up our seasonally inspired dishes, including seafood & vegetarian options.
Alongside Bottoms Up bottomless cocktail sessions from 7-9pm, we’ll also be shaking up Margaritas in 4 fresh flavours for only $16 all day! Grab a cocktail this Good Friday while kicking back and listening to live DJ tunes from 7pm.
EASTER SATURDAY | 4th April
With all day dining from 8am, relax into your Easter Saturday with breakfast or lunch on the Geelong Waterfront.
We’ll also be running our Bottoms Up Bottomless Cocktail sessions from 2pm, so you can enjoy 2 hours of free flowing bevs & bites with the crew. Bookings are essential, so it’s best to lock in your spot sooner rather than later!
Up for a night out? We’ll be shaking up ‘Cocktail House’ $16 specials from 5pm-11pm, with a new cocktail to sip every hour, including some delicious Easter-inspired sips too. PLUS our Vinyl DJ Scotty D will also be hitting the decks from 7pm to keep the vibes high ’til late.

Consider your Long Weekend recovery sorted this Easter Sunday at Edge. We’re open from 8am to plate up all your breakky faves and provide a fresh coffee fix, iced matcha or Italian Cafe Crema treat to fuel the day ahead.
