THURSDAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY EVE | 17th April
We’re kicking things off with $10 Pints & House Wines for your Public Holiday Eve so you can enjoy your night by the Waterfront with a cold drink in hand. With a huge selection of tap beer, ciders and local wines to be perfectly paired with our sharing plates and Waterfront views, there’s no better way to start your Long Weekend!
GOOD FRIDAY | 18th April
If you’re on the hunt for a delicious lunch or dinner by the bay, we’ve got you covered! We’ll be open from 11.30am on Good Friday, ready to pour your fave drinks and serve up our seasonally inspired dishes, including seafood & vegetarian options.
Did we mention that we’ll also be shaking up Espresso Martinis for $12 and Margaritas for only $15! Grab your go-to cocktail this Good Friday while kicking back and listening to live DJ tunes from 7pm.
EASTER SATURDAY | 19th April
With all day dining and live acoustics from 1-4pm, spend your day Easter Saturday with family and friends on the Geelong Waterfront.
We’ll also be running our Bottoms Up UP Bottomless Cocktail sessions so you can enjoy 2 hours of free flowing bevs & bites with the crew. Bookings are essential and typically fill up fast so lock in your spot here.
In for the evening? We’ll be shaking up ‘CHOC-tail House’ rotating Easter specials. Putting a twist on our usual Cocktail House from 6pm, this is something not to be missed! PLUS our Vinyl DJ Scotty will also be hitting the decks from 7pm.

Consider you Sunday recovery sorted this Easter Sunday at Edge. Open from 8am to plate up your fave brekky cravings and provide your coffee fix, we’ve also got live acoustics to complete the relaxing afternoon vibe.
